Big Brother's producers must have been salivating at the prospect of Pamela Anderson joining the Big Brother house.
Mind you it cost them an arm and a leg to get the world's blondest blonde in the house - somewhere in the order of around $500,000 or more, allegedly.
If the interest in Search is any indication, Big Brother producers will be pleased they've forked out the big bucks. Searches on Pamela Anderson surged an impressive 3000% and that's considering Pamela is highly sought after in Search anyway.
However one suspects it's not just her 'Big Brother' antics which have attracted the attention. Her recent spat with Jessica Simpson over Jess' 'real girls eat meat' t-shirt certainly had them under the full glare of the Search spotlight. Well it had been a while since we've seen a good ol' celebrity fued.
Pamela wasn't done though. She's now in the news for blasting KFC over their treatment of chickens, catapulting Pam even higher in Search.
One suspects we'll be seeing new Pammy spikes every other day for the remainder of her time in Australia.
