By entering the 'National Bingo Night - Home Viewer' Competition, conducted in conjunction with the broadcast of 'National Bingo Night' ('the Program'), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter included on a Gamecard or at www.yahoo7.com.au/tv forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry in the Competition is open to all residents of Australia where the Channel Seven signal is received.

2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited ('the Promoter'), Nationwide News Pty Limited, Yahoo!7 Pty Ltd, m.Net Corporation Ltd., and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.

3. NOT A GAME OF BINGO
3.1 The Program is pre-recorded and therefore participants are not playing a game of 'Bingo' or 'Housie', rather participants are entering a trade promotion lottery (the 'Competition'). The winning numbers are known by the Promoter before the Gamecards are printed and distributed or downloaded by a participant on the Internet. As such the draw of numbers during the episode of the Program has no effect on a participant's chances of winning. A set number of Instant Prize Winner Gamecards will be distributed by, or on behalf of, the Promoter. The element of chance affecting a participant's chance of winning is the random distribution of printed or downloaded Gamecards.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
4.1 The Competition commences on Sunday 21 October 2007 at 00:01 (AEST) and concludes on Monday 26 November 2007 at 23:59 (AEDT). 'Gamecards' are the cards distributed to participants and used to determine winners of the Competition and described in 4.2(a) and 4.2(b) below.

4.2 In order to participate, participants must:
a) purchase The Sunday Telegraph in Sydney, The Sunday Herald Sun in Melbourne, The Sunday Mail in Brisbane, Sunday Mail in Adelaide or The Sunday Times in Perth on-sale Sunday 21 October 2007 to receive their Gamecards for episode 1 of the Program and Sunday 28 October 2007 to receive their Gamecards for episode 2 of the Program; AND/ OR
b) visit www.yahoo7.com.au/tv and download their Gamecards for each episode of the Program (ie: Episodes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). Gamecards for each episode will be available to download between the following dates and times (AEST/AEDT):

4.3 In order to determine whether they have a Gamecard which entitles the participant to an Instant Prize (an 'Instant Prize Winner Gamecard'), participants with a Gamecard may watch the Program on the Seven Network and regional affiliates on Sunday 21 October 2007 (episode 1), Sunday 28 October 2007 (episode 2), Sunday 4 November 2007 (episode 3), Sunday 11 November 2007 (episode 4), Sunday 18 November 2007 (episode 5) and Sunday 25 November 2007 (episode 6).

4.4 Gamecards will be printed to indicate 5 bold and/or shaded numbers for each game, printed in a row either horizontally, vertically or diagonally on a 5 by 5 grid of numbers. A Gamecard is an Instant Prize Winner Gamecard if the bolded and/or shaded numbers included on the card are called during the corresponding game in the corresponding episode of the Program. In the event of any uncertainty of whether a Gamecard is an Instant Prize Winner Gamecard, Instant Prize Winners are determined by reference to the 10-digit game card number and 10-digit ticket number printed on the Gamecards.

4.5 There will be Competition pointers aired during each episode of the Program (subject to Programming changes), during which participants will be invited to check whether they have won an Instant Prize (that is whether the participant is an "Instant Prize Winner") by checking the numbers announced in the Program with the numbers printed in bold and/or shaded on their Gamecards. There will be three separate in-program games per episode and therefore the participants may check three separate sets of numbers (red, white, blue) on their Gamecards per episode.

4.6 Instant Prize Winner Gamecard holders must visit the website www.yahoo7.com.au/tv and register their:
(i) captcha code displayed online,
(ii) 10-digit game card number,
(iii) 10-digit ticket number,
(iv) game colour (red, white or blue)
(v) week number and date
(vi) name,
(vii) email address,
(viii) street address (including postcode); and
(ix) daytime telephone number (including STD area code)
or call 1800 722 847 and register their:
(x) 10-digit game card number,
(xi) 10-digit ticket number,
(xii) game colour (red, white or blue)
(xiii) week number and date
(xiv) name,
(xv) street address (including postcode), and
(xvi) daytime telephone number (including STD area code)
to redeem their Instant Prize.

4.7 Instant Prize Winner Gamecard holders who redeem their prizes by midnight the following night (ie: Mondays by 23:59 AEST/AEDT) will automatically be entered into the episodic bonus prize draw for that week's relevant episode only. One Instant Prize Winner Gamecard will be drawn randomly from the Instant Prize Winner Gamecards redeemed in accordance with 4.6 above to become the 'Bonus Prize Winner' and is entitled to the Bonus Prize detailed at 5.1. Refer to the dates shown in table in clause 6.2 for further information.

4.8 Participants in the Competition may download or obtain as many Gamecards as they like per episode. Each Instant Prize Winner Gamecard can only be redeemed once.

4.9 All Instant Prize Winner Gamecards will need to be redeemed by Thursday 27 March 2008 at 23:59 (AEDT).

5. PRIZES
5.1 There will be 1,002 Instant Prize Winner Gamecards for each of episode 1 and episode 2 (ie: 334 red, 334 white and 334 blue per episode). There will be 501 Instant Prize Winner Gamecards for each of episodes 3, 4, 5 and 6 (ie: 167 red, 167 white and 167 blue per episode). There will be 1 Bonus Prize Winner for each episode. The prizes are set out below:

5.2 In participating in the prizes, the Instant Prize Winners and Bonus Prize Winners (collectively the 'winners') agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners agree to granting the Promoter a perpetual and exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

5.3 The winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.

5.4 If a winner of the prize is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian to be held in trust until such time that the winner turns 18.

5.5 Prizes can be transferred. Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.

6.3 Bonus Prize Winners will be notified by a phone call on the day of the draw, and a letter advising all winners of their prizes will also be express posted. The Bonus Prize Winners will be published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on the dates outlined in the table within clause 6.2.

6.4 The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

6.5 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

6.6 Subject to any written directions given under regulation 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulation 1993 (SA), unclaimed prize draws (including for Bonus Prize Winners and Instant Prize Winners) will take place at m.Net Corporation Ltd., Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Friday 28 March 2008 at 10:00 AEDT. All non-redeemed cash prizes as at the date of the unclaimed prize draw will be totalled and then divided equally into 8 state pools (one per state: NSW / VIC / QLD / WA / SA / TAS / NT / ACT). One previously redeemed winner residing in the relevant state will be drawn from each state pool to win their prize (ie: one eighth of the total non-redeemed cash prizes). The names of all unclaimed Prize Winners (provided the prize exceeds $100) will be published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 7 April 2008.

7. NO LIABILITY
7.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under the Lottery and Gaming Regulation 1993 (SA).

7.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, m.Net Corporation Ltd, Nationwide News Pty Limited, Yahoo!7 Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.

7.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, m.Net Corporation Ltd., Nationwide News Pty Limited, Yahoo!7 Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) in relation to the Gamecards or during the bonus draw;
b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw; or
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; or
g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.

7.4 Seven Network (Operations) Limited assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

7.5 If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition

8. PROMOTER'S DETAILS

8.2 The partners are: Nationwide News Pty Limited (ABN 98 008 438 828) of 2 Holt Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 and Yahoo!7 Pty Ltd (ABN 60 089 187 100) Level 6, 77 Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW 2060.

8.3 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. m.Net Corporation Ltd., on behalf of Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65 052 845 262) and its related entities ("Seven"), is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners), and, if you consent, for the purpose of Seven sending you promotional and direct marketing material in relation to Seven's programs and products and services available through Seven and its business partners. The entrant may request access to his or her personal information by writing to Privacy Officer m.Net Corporation Ltd., Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 or e-mailing privacy@mnetcorporation.com.

9. GAME OF CHANCE
9.1 This trade promotion lottery (that is, the Competition) is a game of chance being carried out in conjunction with the Program to be broadcast on the Seven Network, however it is not a bingo game.
