Australian society would do well to open its collective mind to styles of work outside the economic rationalist view, that seems biased towards limited life/work balance & inevitabily excludes mothers of young families.
The professional dialogue for managers to consider meaningful discussion for women to reenter the work force after maternity leave is shameful.
