Although we will be racing pretty tired and without rest, the way I have been training has given me confidence in my ability to race fast. ...

Training regime

Well what a busy couple of weeks it has been
With around 270 days until the Olympics, it is all engines firing up here in Brisbane. There is still so much work to do in the next 4 months, and although the workload over that period can seem a little daunting, the prospect of improving myself as an athlete is very exciting. ...

Hello. My name is Joanna Fargus and welcome to my blog! I am a member of the Australian swim team and over the next few months I will invite you into the day to day life of a swimmer in preparation for the Beijing Olympics.
