The video for Britney Spears' comeback single reportedly features a stripper theme, with the results making dreadful dreck like 'Basic Instinct 2' look like 'The Godfather' by comparison.

Britney, who paid for the video herself as her label apparently wouldn't fund the making of the clip, sported a leather vest, fishnets complete with holes in them, and little else during the shoot. Her underwear appeared to be so tight as to riding up faster than Makybe Diva down the Flemington straight.

Photos taken on the set snapped Spears awkwardly bumping and grinding while sticking out her belly and doing some less-than-seductive squats centred around the pole. It bears absolutely no relation to Kate Moss' sexy strut on the White Stripes' "I Just Don't Know What to Do With Myself".

Reports from the shoot also indicate that Spears was less than a happy camper, remaining completely uncooperative throughout, and behaving rudely to the staff that she herself had employed in order to make the clip. Instead of involving herself fully in the process, Brit chain-smoked and downed can after can of Red Bull.

Bursting into tears when told to 'act like Lindsay' (who plays a stripper in her new film, 'I Know Who Killed Me'), Brit stormed off the set before returning with her face stained with runny makeup and everyone's nerves at the breaking point, with the director of the video wisely decided to cut things short around midnight.
