Here's how
1. Cut the chicken into serving-sized pieces.
2. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer; cook over medium heat until browned. Turn the chicken occasionally to prevent sticking.
3. Add the garlic, rosemary, chilli and wine. Cover the pan, reduce heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
4. Remove the chicken and keep warm. Scoop excess fat from the top of the pan juices. Add the lemon peel, juice and stock. Bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes. Pour over the chicken pieces to serve.
