Ingredients
250grams ? butter softened
4 eggs
Vanilla
250grams dark chocolate melted
1 cups plain flour
150grams white chocolate roughly chopped
250grams cream cheese
1/4 cup caster sugar
150gr raspberries
Method
Pre-heat oven to 190 degrees celsius
Cream butter & sugar until fluffy. Beat in 3 eggs and vanilla. Fold through dark chocolate, flour and white chocolate. Pour into greased and floured tin
Beat cheese and remaining egg until smooth. Lightly swirl into dark chocolate. Followed by gently stirring in the raspberries.
Bake for 25 mins. Approx. Cool in refrigerator in tin.
